Grant Application Process
The Foundation’s Board of Directors meets quarterly to consider grant requests. To be considered for funding, all applicants must submit a request electronically through this site using the Foundation’s grant application form.
Priority will be given to those applicants who:
- are located in and/or serve residents of Fort Wayne and Allen County, IN;
- operate from a diverse funding base;
- leverage grant dollars by encouraging volunteerism;
- operate in collaboration with like-minded organizations to better serve our community.

We ask that you please limit your application to no more than four pages, and that you allow 3-6 months for the grant review process. All grant-seekers will receive written notification of the board’s decision regarding your request.

- Friday, July 26 – this deadline has been extended to Friday, August 9
